This exciting course equips participants with both background information on basic performance measurement and establishing a "dashboard" of measures, as well as a discussion of the role of measurement in government programs. The course features the "Insta-Measure" toolkit, which allows participants to return to their offices with a basic but effective set of measures they can use right away to track programs' resources and quality. In one training day, participants receive the background they need to understand measurement, and a tool that they can immediately use to put measurement into practice in their organizations.
