This course prepares individuals for grants program administration and includes elements affecting subrecipients and contractors as well as managing and monitoring grants with subrecipients. The Effective Grants Management course consists of three days covering grants program administration, managing and monitoring grants with subrecipients, and the use of a comprehensive grants monitoring process - including developing self-assessment techniques participants can use to determine and analyze risk.

The Effective Grants Management course is part of a series of grants-related courses in development.  The next course, Grants Acquisitions, is expected to be available in Fall 2005.
