Ms. Vito is an independent consultant and instructor providing a broad range of strategic human resource assistance and training to executive level management and agencies in state and local government. Ms. Vito focuses on helping organizations with workforce planning, performance management and measurement, strategic planning, compensation administration, HR auditing and organizational design.

Prior to consulting and teaching, Ms. Vito served as the Texas State Classification Officer, the highest ranking HR executive in the State. She worked closely with state agencies and higher education institutions and the State Legislature on all aspects of workforce management within the State. She has over 15 years of strategic human resource management and consulting experience.

Ms. Vito has her BBA in management and marketing from the University of Texas at Austin. She earned her Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificates. She has served in several officer positions with the Austin Human Resource Management Association. She is a 2004/2005 member of the Manchester’s Who’s Who Among Executive and Professional Women and was a finalist in the 2002 Executive Woman of the Year in Texas.
